To lard a large piece of veal pitted cherries and to salt, fry in a zharochny case to semi-readiness, previously having watered with oil and having strewed with cinnamon. Then to add cherry juice, flour pan-frying and to extinguish to readiness. To cut veal when giving for the portions and a tax with fresh vegetables, having watered with sauce in which veal was stewed.
