Way of preparation

Potatoes — 1 kg, salted pork fat — 80 g, fat — 40 g, beef — 500 g, onion — 100 g, carrots — 80 g, mushrooms fresh — 250 g or dried — 60 g, sour cream — 80 g, a tomato mashed potatoes — 40 g, wheat flour — 15 g, greens, salt, spices.

To cut meat on 2 pieces for the portion and to fry. To spasserovat the carrots and onions cut in cubes. To boil mushrooms, to chop and fry small. To slice the peeled crude potatoes and to fry slightly. To spasserovat flour till brown color. To put the prepared products in a pan, to fill in with mushroom broth level with products, to add sour cream, to cover.
