onions and carrots salad

Way of preparation

2 handfuls of green onions, the 2nd carrots, 1 glass of sour cream, are a little salt.

To wash out green onions and, having shaken water, to chop small. Carrots to clear, wash up and cut asterisks. To lay onions in a salad bowl, to fill in with sour cream, to salt, from above to put asterisks from carrots. Not to mix.

Salad is eaten for dinner with black bread or with the hot, boiled in a peel potatoes. Give also to meat dishes.
