onions salad in egg white

Way of preparation

5 eggs, 5 tablespoons of the cut green onions, 5 tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise, pepper, salt.

To cut the hard-boiled eggs lengthways in half and to take out yolks.

To mix small cut green onions with sour cream or mayonnaise, to pepper, salt and to fill with this weight proteins.

To shift the made salad in a salad bowl and to strew with the crushed egg yolk.
