Turrets from onions with a meat stuffing

Way of preparation

2 glasses of the boiled meat passed via the meat grinder, 1 glass of sour cream, 2 big bulbs, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 egg, are a little pepper, salt.

Edges of a bulb, having cut off a top, to cut out cloves. To boil the bulbs prepared thus in sour cream then to sort on separate hollow lukovichka. To put small polished onions in meat, to hammer egg, to pour salt, pepper and to mix everything. On a frying pan to put butter, meat weight and, stirring slowly, to fry it.

To fill the prepared lukovichka with mincemeat and from 3 — 5 filled lukovichek to make a turret. To water from above with sour cream in which bulbs cooked.
