Beet apple porridge salad

Way of preparation

0,5 l of largely polished boiled beet, 0,5 l of apple porridge without sugar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a little lemon acid, 1 bulb, 3 — 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, parsley greens.

To put beet in a bowl, to sugar, salt, lemon acid.

Onions small to chop, fry in vegetable oil and to add to beet. To mix everything.

In a salad bowl to lay, alternating, a layer of the made beet and apple porridge (the top layer has to be beet). To decorate with parsley greens.

To serve beet apple porridge salad to mincemeat dishes.
