Zrazas potato

Way of preparation

Potatoes — 1,2 kg, beef — 250 g, onion — 80 g, salted pork fat — 120 g, salt, pepper.

To rub a half of norm of crude potatoes, to weld other part in a peel, to clear and wipe. To mix with crude grated potatoes and to cut in the form of flat cakes. To make forcemeat from boiled meat, the browned onions. On the middle of flat cakes to put forcemeat and to form zrazas. To fry on salted pork fat before formation of a ruddy crust. A tax with salted pork fat.
