Stuffed cabbage with millet

Way of preparation

Cabbage fresh — 1 kg, millet — 220 g, fat — 25 g, carrots — 2 pieces, onion — 1 piece, wheat flour — 25 g, a tomato mashed potatoes — 50 g, sour cream — 75 g, fat — 5 g, broth — 250 g, black pepper peas.

To boil fresh cabbage in the boiling water, to separate sheets. To wash out, fill in millet with water, to bring to boiling and to separate from water by means of a sieve. To fill millet with the onions and carrots which are slightly fried on fat, to put salt, pepper, to lay forcemeat on sheets of cabbage, to curtail into tubules and to put in ware. To fill in stuffed cabbage with sour cream gravy and to extinguish to readiness. For preparation of gravy on fat slightly to roast the flour, to add a tomato, to pour in broth, sour cream, to boil thoroughly, filter and salt.
