Beef with horse-radish

Way of preparation

Beef — 700 g, carrots — 50 g, onion — 50 g, parsley — 50 g, horse-radish — 200 g, marinated mushrooms — 130 g, a garnish, salt, spices.

To stushit meat a large piece. Horse-radish to rub and roast in oil, having added to it juice in which were stewed meat, the chopped marinated mushrooms and to bring to boiling. Then to cut beef on slices (on 2 — 3 for the portion), to shift horse-radish with mushrooms and to sustain under a cover onboard a plate of 5 — 10 min. A tax with a garnish, having watered with juice in which beef was stewed. A garnish — potatoes boiled or mashed potatoes.
