Description:
Length of a bug is 21-36 mm. Wing sheaths are flattened, with cutting on a side edge before top, with 3 very large golden poles interrupting ranks of narrow short hillocks; edges on them higher. The top is poorly brilliant, bronze or bronze-black.

Rasprostraniyeniye:
Euro - a Siberian and Central Asian gigrofilny look. Meets across all territory on boggy meadows, low-lying bogs, on coast of the rivers and reservoirs.

Habitats:
The most hygrophilous type of a sort. Prefers habitats with dense vegetation on peat soils: low-lying boggy meadows in the floodplain of the rivers, and also low-lying bogs and bogs of transitional type. Meets in places often.

Biology:
The view with spring type of reproduction, winters an imago. The greatest activity is noted at the end of May, the beginning of June. Larvae and an imago eat larvae of insects, overland mollusks, worms. Are active mainly in twilight and at night.

Number and tendency of its change:
The look is dated for the threatened biocenoses.

Major factors of threat:
Reduction of habitats owing to drainage of low-lying bogs and conducting economic activity in the water protection zone of the rivers.
