Way of preparation

Dried cepes — 80 g, onion - - 70 g, vegetable oil — 60 g, wheat flour — 200 g, for soup wheat flour — 40 g, vinegar — 40 g.

To boil white dried mushrooms and to cut them. To chop onions and to mix it with mushrooms. From broth and flour to cook pyureobrazny soup and to fill it with vinegar. To knead fresh stiff dough and to prepare ears with mushroom forcemeat (like pelmeni). To fry them on vegetable oil and when giving to put in soup.
