Soup from chestnuts

Way of preparation

Chestnuts — 0,5 kg, onion — 80 g, a celery — 50 g, sour cream — 100 g, salt, black pepper, parsley greens.

In the added some salt water to weld chestnuts, previously having made an incision a peel a knife. Then to clear them of a peel and to knead kernels a fork, to add the head of onions and a celery crushed on a small grater and to pour in 4 — 5 glasses of boiled water.
