Way of preparation

Mutton — 450 g, haricot — 150 g, wheat flour for noodles — 60 g, half of eggs, onion — 15 g, fat mutton — 60 g, salt, spices.

To boil mutton and the haricot which is previously wetted in water, in an hour to add noodles, the browned onions, pepper and to continue to cook to readiness.
