Pumpkin soup

Way of preparation

Pumpkin — 0,5 kg, onion — 80 g, milk — 0,2 l, pepper ground sweet red.

Pumpkin to clear and cut pieces, to put in a pan, to pour in 4 glasses of water, to add a head of small cut onions and to cook when boiling 40 min. To wipe the cooked pumpkin through a sieve, in mashed potatoes to pour in milk and to add ground red sweet pepper. To serve soup hot with the bread slices smeared with butter.
