Ugra Osh (home-made vermicelli soup)

Way of preparation

Mutton — 450 g, melted butter — 40 g, peas — 80 g, potatoes — 400 g, carrots — 100 g, onion — 100 g, katyk — 80 g, greens — 40 g, salt, spices. For noodles: flour — 130 g, half of eggs.

To fill in mutton with cold water and to cook with addition of carrots and onions. To put previously wetted peas in the boiling broth, and in 30 — 40 min. potatoes cut in cubes, the made noodles, fried onions, salt, spices and to cook to readiness. When giving to fill soup with sour milk (katyky) and to strew with greens.
