Way of preparation

Cucumbers fresh — 400 g, milk sour — 120 g, water — 0,4 l, vegetable oil — 40 g, fennel — 20 g, walnuts — 45 g, garlic — 15 g, salt.

Cucumbers to clear, cut in small cubes. To shake up sour milk (yogurt) or curdled milk with water, to enter there cucumbers, the pounded garlic, vegetable oil and fennel. To give cold, previously having strewed with pounded nuts.
