Vegetable okroshka

Way of preparation

Kvass — 1 l, a brine cucumber — 100 g, turnip (a garden radish, a turnip) — 200 g, potatoes boiled — 200 g, cucumbers fresh — 200 g, green onions — 100 g, fennel, parsley, mustard, eggs — 3 pieces, black pepper, salt.

To prepare a spicy zaprava from a cucumber brine and izgorchets and black pepper, divorced previously in a half-glass of kvass. To cut potatoes in cubes. To mix both types of gas station with vegetables and onions and to slightly knead them a wooden spoon, to allow to be drawn 30 min. that the brine was absorbed but only then to fill in with kvass.
