International importance:
It is included in the 2nd edition of the Red List of Belarus (1993). It is protected in Poland.

Description:
Sloyevishche leprozny, in the form of granular dust, glaucous. Apotetion on long (2-5 mm), thin (thickness of 0,1 mm), bent and bent, naked, blackish or grayish, places dark brown legs. Heads apotetsiyev spherical, from grayish to light brown, with a diameter of 0,5-1 mm.

Rasprostraniyeniye:
Europe, Asia (Japan), North America (USA, Canada), Australia. In Belarus only one location in the Kamenetsky district of the Brest Region is known. Earlier the location in Slonimsky district of the Grodno Region was specified.

Habitats:
Grows in the damp broad-leaved and coniferous and broad-leaved woods on trunks and root paws of oaks, on pine bark.

Biology:
Breeds askospor and vegetativno.

Number and tendency of its change:
Meets separate individuals on small squares.

Major factors of threat:
Reduction of the areas of the old-age woods and violation of the ecological mode in places of growths.

Protection measures:
Grows in National park "Bialowieza Forest". The constant control of a condition of the known populations and the organization of purposeful search of new places of growth of a look in similar conditions, preservation of habitats are necessary. For this purpose it is required: a ban of any silvicultural activity in places of growth and a ban of drying and meliorative actions near its localities.
