International importance:
It is included in the Red List of Belarus of the 2nd edition (1993). It is protected in Poland and Lithuania.

Description:
Dernovinki small from flavovirent to brown-green, flattened. A stalk 3-8 cm long, rigid, twice-trizhdyperistorazvetvlenny, departing from kornevishchevidny creeping part. Leaves are gustocherepitchato-sedentary, are divided almost to the basis into 2 blades. The top blade slightly convex, ovoid and heart-shaped with the rounded-off, deflexed top, lower – ovoid, stupid pointed, with a deflexed outer edge. Amfigastriya rounded square with the edge turned down. Perianty at the basis tupotrekhgranny, above flattened, with redkozubchaty edge. The box is roundish.

Rasprostraniyeniye:
View with a circumpolar area in Golarktike: from the subarctic region to a steppe zone, to the south mainly on the mountains, reaches the Mediterranean, Asia Minor, China, the Himalayas. In Belarus grows in the southern and western parts of the republic – in Lelchitsky and Mazyr districts of the Gomel Region and Volkovyssky district of the Grodno Region. Earlier according to literary data it was noted in Svislochsky district of the Grodno Region, the Brest, Lyakhovichsky and Pruzhansky districts Brest regional.

Habitats:
The broad-leaved shady woods, mainly with a hornbeam, a maple, a linden, old parks and oblesenny ravines, on trunks of old broad-leaved trees and their speakers from the soil roots.

Biology:
Dvudomny plant. Breeds disputes and vegetativno – by means of vyvodkovy leaves. Sporonosit in the summer.

Number and tendency of its change:
Forms separate, usually small, seldom large dernovinka, it is long keeping on bark of trees. At the beginning of the 20th century met more often, but under the influence of anthropogenous factors considerably reduced the distribution.

Major factors of threat:
Cutting down of the old-age broad-leaved woods and separate old broad-leaved trees on plakor.

Protection measures:
Preservation in natural state of ecosystems with participation of this look, first of all in the remained sites of the broad-leaved woods.
