Children's shelter
it is intended for temporary residence no more than six months within calendar year and social rehabilitation of children aged from three till fifteen years. The children's social shelter is designed for 16 children (2 uneven-age groups)

Within the competence children's shelter:
- provides to the minors which is in socially dangerous situation, the temporary place of residence and the state providing before their return to families or definitions together with agencies of guardianship and guardianship of forms of a living arrangement of the minors which are most corresponding to their interests;
- carries out psychology and pedagogical and social rehabilitation of the minors which are in socially dangerous situation;
- renders assistance to agencies of guardianship and guardianship in implementation of the device of pupils, without parental support, adoptive parents, trustees or trustees;
- gives the first pre-medical aid and carrying out sanitary processing;
- establishes and analyzes the reasons which caused social disadaptation of minors;
- carries out psychology and pedagogical diagnostics, will organize medical diagnostics, diagnostics of level of mental and physical development of the minor and deviations in his behavior;
- develops and realizes comprehensive programs of social and pedagogical and psychological assistance the minor having the problems in training, development and social adaptation approved by establishment;
- develops and controls implementation of individual interdepartmental plans of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the minors approved by the regional, city, regional commissions on affairs of minors in the cities, directed to overcoming by minors of difficult life situations;
- conducts search and preparation of families for the device of pupils of a shelter in them from among minors, without parental support, carries out psychological and pedagogical training of children for transition to education to families.
In a shelter necessary conditions for accommodation, the organization of leisure and rest of children are created.
