The idea to be engaged in agrotourism to a family of farmers came for a long time, however spouses long did not decide to open new activity. Pushed them to it the decree No. 372 on development of agroecotourism: first, the state offered soft loans, secondly, fears about the excessive taxation disappeared. And therefore it would be inexcusable not to use a successful geographical arrangement of their house. There live farmers directly on the river bank Mukhavets, nearby there is a beach (improvement and own beach is begun), in 500 meters the pine wood begins. At the same time it is convenient to reach: in one and a half kilometers — the route Brest — Moscow, 10 kilometers to Kobrin and 40 — to Brest.

Farmers found the first vacationers rather easily — tourists from Minsk, Moscow, Germany, Holland, France, Austria, Israel, the USA became them. And at once the difference in mentality was shown, Alla smiled. Foreigners of a vostorzhenna as children, drink a little and are very punctual. If you are late for 10 minutes with a breakfast, can raise a question of payment reduction. Very much it is pleasant to much, especially to Americans, such exotic dish as... buckwheat cereal. They ate it greedily and agreed to an additive. For Americans "buckwheat" in general the untranslatable word. Germans perceived each mushroom which met them in the wood as great happiness.

One and all foreigners adore homemade food — dishes of the Belarusian ethnic cuisine, natural grain kvass, birch sap, pies from an oven. The shashlik glade where at any time it is possible to think picnic with potato, baked on a fire, is very popular. A swing and hammocks are never empty.

Tourists like campaigns with tents, fishing at dawn yes the fish soup cooked right there with a smoke (there are kettles, air mattresses, sleeping bags, a tent, etc.). But the main thing that attracts visitors — our nature. It delighted with the fact that directly at a lodge where they were lodged, trees on which birds nest that you will pass a little — and the river that literally nearby — the real huge wood grow. And still foreigners just are thrilled with consciousness that to them the plate "private property" will not meet anywhere...

And what, interestingly, they will tell when next year guests of the estate have an opportunity to make a kayak campaign, having floated down Mukhavtsu 15 kilometers to the agroestate "River" in the village of Zditovo of Zhabinkovsky district? And back, after warm welcome and a nourishing lunch — to sweep by bicycles?

In Kobrin district three more agroestates are created today. And everyone has the charm. In the agroestate "Studinka" (village of Girsk) the owner dug out the artificial lake, in the agroestate "Alesin Sad" (village of Andronovo) specializes in national holidays.
