25.7.1933 in of Leplyovk a sekvestrator and 3 police officers collected taxes. For a shortage violently took away grain, cattle, household goods. The indignant peasants beat a sekvestrator and police officers. At collision the peasant L. Bogansky was fatally wounded. At night to Leplyovka there arrived the retaliatory group. Police officers cruelly dealt shortly with its inhabitants. News of punishment of police of peasants was carried on all povet. At any time spontaneous peasants uprising could break out. The Brest district committee of KPZB urgently held enlarged meeting and, considering adverse conditions, recognized performance premature. To avoid bloodshed and inevitable defeat, it was decided to organize 4.8.1933 g a mass campaign in a manor of landowners Malachevsky (of Bulkovo) and to force them to pay debt to seasonal workers, to provide with bread the starving families. On August 3 residents of villages the Robin, Small Radvanichi, the New yard, Pavlopol, Podlesye, Rakitnitsa, Franopol, Yamno, etc. went to the place of collecting to. Big Radvanichi. On the road peasants crushed several estates of osadnik, attacked a police station in Novosyolkakh. To the aid of police officers from Brest there arrived groups of police and soldiers.

The bourgeois and landowner government of Poland declared Kobrin povt in a state of siege. In villages chasteners raged, mass arrests were carried out. The authorities arrested organizers of performance and wanted to betray them to a court-martial. KPZB and the Communist Party of Poland launched broad campaign for protection of arrested. Mass meetings, demonstrations and demonstrations of workers forced the bourgeois government to replace for 8 people the death penalty with lifelong penal servitude. The secretary of the Brest district committee of KPZB R. Kaplan was sentenced to 15 years, and 30 people — to different terms of imprisonment.
