The reporting from the second Vsebelorussky people's assembly

So, 2,5 thousand representatives of the Belarusian people an unanimous second raising of a hand "took the responsibility for the embodiment in life of decisions of the second Vsebelorussky people's assembly and undertook to initiate and organize discussions in labor collectives of the questions directed to strengthening of our state and implementation of the Program of development for 2001-2005"

Representatives of the people, approving the resolution of people's assembly, validated the vote of the conducted course towards creation of the state providing equal opportunities to all citizens. Officially 22 persons from invited and delegates made a speech at congress. Beautifully the vice-president of the Russian Academy of Sciences, our fellow countryman Zhores Alferov acted. It began performance in Belarusian of a stikhama of Janka Kupala "And hto to a _dza there?"

And here Pyotr Simonenko from Ukraine began the performance with definition of forms of existence of human life – burning and rotting.

However we will return to the hall and once again we will comprehend speech of the president which was called "For the strong prospering Belarus". In my opinion very much inconsistent report. Its keynote – "we lifted the country from knees", "we after collapse of the USSR were left without trousers" etc.

I will not say about what I know badly. But agricultural stood out through all my life and in the past and the present.
Today already official statistics recognizes that depreciation of fixed assets in the village of nearly 90%. In one year as this 2001, collective farmers somehow threw seeds into not fertilized earth. And plan 6 million tons of grain. From where? The earth without having fed, you will not receive return. "And we country country". And without regard to injections in agricultural annual $500 million – it is bad"! So the president noted.

It is bad because bargains the village to the state the production away. And do not pay the peasant for work. And already nobody wants to milk cows. And the president told that "I will not go to milk cows, I otdoit the!" Likely and delegates are not going to milk cows. Also the last Chinese emperor was not going to be a gardener – and it was necessary. All of us under God!
At meeting many delegates, without specifying, told not only about the enterprises or collective farms, and as on "Field of wonders" – about themselves personally and the families. However, nevertheless several speakers dared to make which - what remarks and offers, very carefully and unostentatiously.

And for the rest, all unanimously agree.

I do not think that these people have no mind, they have no courage. They arrive "as it is told", but not "as it is necessary". Or A.G. can and does not know about hypocrisy of the majority?
