Branch of republican unitary manufacturing enterprise "Brestkhlebprom" "Kobrin bakery"

Branch RUPP "Brestkhlebprom" "Kobrin bakery" – the youngest baking enterprise in the Brest region. The Kobrin bakery is put into operation in December, 1992.

At the enterprise new technologies constantly take root that allows to increase labor productivity, to improve quality of products, to increase the range. Now the Kobrin bakery is the high-mechanized enterprise making daily 22 t of bakery products, 200 kg of confectionery a day.

On purpose improvement of quality of production reconstruction of fermenting office is made and production of scalded grades of bread with use of thermophilic ferments on the 4th and 6 phasic technology is arranged. Bread of treatment-and-prophylactic appointment with iodinated additives, dietary and diabetic bread is developed.

The confectionery shop develops cream and flour confectionery, gingerbreads, butter biscuits, oatmeal cookies and other products. Work on production of cakes and cakes with fresh and dry fruit is continued. In 2008 the enterprise acquired the flexographic Fleks-320 car on production of label production. In 2010 the Italian line is established and since October, 2010 production of cookies long "Prima" with raisin is begun.
