1 boiled fermented beet, 0,5 lemons, 2 bulbs, 0,5 glasses of nuts, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, is a little pepper, salt.
To cut beet with small cubes. Small to cut the taken-out pulp of beet and onions. Small to chop nuts (it is possible and not to cut). To water beet and onions with vegetable oil, to salt, pepper and to mix everything. To fill with this mix the formed beet cavity, to sprinkle lemon juice, to strew with nuts.
Beet salad with nuts is served to a herring and fish dishes.
