Trickled pastries with meat

Way of preparation

Beef — 400 g, potatoes — 1,5 kg, wheat flour — 60 g, onion — 20 g, butter — 20 g, sour cream — 100 g, salt, spices.

To grate crude potatoes, to put on a sieve and to allow to flow down liquids, to add salt, flour, to mix. From the prepared mix to form trickled pastries with mincemeat, to fry, put in a pan, to fill in with sour cream and to extinguish.
