Omelet in Ukrainian

Way of preparation

Eggs — 8 pieces, potatoes — 300 g, ham low-fat — 250 g, boiled siliculose haricot — 100 g, butter — 35 g, grated cheese — 35 g.

Potatoes to boil, clear and cut in cubes. Ham small to cut, mix with potatoes and boiled siliculose haricot. To fill in the received mix with the warmed oil, having added salt and black pepper to taste, to divide into 4 equal parts. To connect each part to two previously shaken up eggs and to fry on both sides. A tax, having strewed with grated cheese.
