Pumpkin porridge with oil

Way of preparation

Pumpkin — 1 kg, millet — 180 g, sugar — 50 g, milk — 375 g, salt.

To cut the peeled pumpkin pieces, to put in a pan, to fill in with a small amount of water and to cook to semi-readiness, to add a little water, to put millet, to fill in with milk, to salt and cook until millet boils soft. To wipe ready pumpkin with millet over a pan through a sieve, to add salt, sugar, to mix and to warm up well. A tax to a table with butter.
