Kobrin district in the years of war

On November 23, 1943 the Central Committee of KP(b)B approved as the secretary of the Divinsky underground district committee of KP(b)B of M. P. Leonovich. In December, 1943 the Brest underground regional committee of party with the permission of the Central Committee of KP(b)B the secretary of the Divinsky underground district committee of KP(b)B it was appointed the member of the Brest underground regional committee of party A. I. Fedosyuk, and Leonovich - on March 3, 1944 the structure of a district committee of party was completed by the secretary of the Kobrin district committee of KP(b)B.

The district committee was based in separately operating guerrilla group of N. A. Shchors (the commander V. F. Guzhevsky, the commissioner V. A. Nesterenko).
