There are in the history of each country, each people days when all falls back into the shadow vain and petty when disputes for a while cease and the hearts united by the general memory and the general pride fight in unison. A Victory Day, perhaps, the only holiday accepted by all parties, public associations and fronts. It unites society.

What it is possible new to tell about last war? Probably, it is a little. Time is relentless. And today we cannot already experience that pain which was felt by soldiers of the Victory, losing the friends, the family in a muzzle of military hard times. But we are obliged to remember it. Especially as the objective reality highlighted the scary word "war" on screens of TVs quite recently.

There is such feeling that each generation has to solve the same problems: to lift children, to raise gardens, not to allow destruction similar. Including "news" transfers, we notice today how from the screen with a professional objectivism state number of the killed and wounded, argue on the destructive power of rockets and shells. Display of shots where carry the children crippled to death, reminds brisk recitatives of the German newsreel. All this already once was. Such battles were already known by mankind.

In the thirties the last century Spain became the ground for a running in of world war. Halkhin-Gol was the same ground. Now there, there are local conflicts far from our country which are, seemingly, not menacing to our borders. Let's remember the Yugoslavian crisis, the Balkan problems in general. The threat to peace easily gains global character. The cruel truth is that none of us wish to die under bullets of these or those liberators, with whatever benefits of democracy and gains of a civilization they were covered.

And in reflections over the present not the remote pages of the left history, not "hut" which with edge because of remoteness of the Iraqi earth, and the problem concerning millions of people right now seem.
We have a normal desire to live and see live the children. And for this purpose it is necessary to be able to protect itself. Truth today one: an aggressor - always an aggressor. And the world faces on the eve of new repartition, and respectively threat of the most severe collision in fight for new territories and resource acquisitions. So far is what to divide, there are persons interested to give a hand to this or that pie. So today the concept "war" is not so abstract as a few years ago.

And that it means to us - all of us know. I will give well-known numbers of that universal secha which stormed on the planet nearly six decades ago. Not counting on storing, and in hope for power of perception and by analogy with the present.

World War II involved in the orbit 62 states with the population 1,7 billion people. Military operations were developed on three continents - in Europe, Africa and Asia. On fire of war 57 million people from whom nearly a half - fell on the Soviet Union burned down.

At each city and the area - the terrible statistics. Let's remember military milestones through which there passed inhabitants of Kobrin district, we will remember the heroes who forever remained to lie in our earth. Victor Pavlovich Puganov died at the beginning of war - on June 23, 1941. Arseny Ivanovich Morozov - after Kobrin's release. Two small pictures from history, two destinies.

For the second day of war the division headed by the major general Puganov held the fort in 12-15 km to the northwest of and to the northeast of Kobrin. At 8 o'clock in the morning the battalion of fascists approached a defensive boundary. Tankmen struck to the opponent an unexpected back attack and flanks and completely destroyed a battalion. At 16 o'clock Puganov gave the order to replace positions. Kobrin was already captured by Hitlerites. From airfield tanks began to move on the field road where faced the back of the opponent. Cruel fight was started. About 30 enemy planes bombed positions of the Soviet troops. In this fight was Victor Pavlovich Puganov is fatally wounded and died.

Near Kobrin during preparation of operation on liberation of Brest, in July, 1944 Arseny Ivanovich Morozov made the feat. On communication he requested permission to storm an enemy column though on character of the task could not do it. And before permission arrived, it a circle behind a circle began to come behind a column and to destroy equipment of the opponent. With the last bit of strength Arseny Ivanovich held on the plane to the freed territory, put him as pilots speak, on "belly" as the chassis was not. When companions appeared in time, Morozov was already dead. The rank of the Hero of the Soviet Union to Morozov is given posthumously.

From V. P. Puganov's feat to heroic death of A. I. Morozov there were three long painful years of occupation pressed in terrible figures of statistics. On extermination of peace citizens and settlements by Hitlerites in our area 65 retaliatory expeditions were carried out. Four villages - Ostrovlyana, Borsches, Borki, Big Rudets - were destroyed with part of the population. Eight villages of Kobrin district - Borisovk, Novosyolki, Bulls, Kamenka, Recyca, Borki, the Eagle and Cherevachitsa - the fate of Khatyn comprehended. The villages of Belsk and the Shouting of Novoselkovsky village council for years of occupation lost more than 200 people. In September, 1942 in Recyca 64 persons, are burned. Bulls - 24, Kamenka - 152 persons... Of death more than hundred peace citizens shot in days of the Great Patriotic War are reminded by the obelisk established in 1951 in Divin.

In Kobrin fascists destroyed and burned more than 200 houses, about 300 other constructions, blew up power plant, three mills, skinnery, timber mill, destroyed railway station, two bridges through river Mukhavets. For the entire period of occupation total number of the Soviet citizens shot, tortured, burned alive in Kobrin and the area makes more than 13 thousand people, including about two thousand children.

We repeat these facts from year to year. And they strike every time with monstrosity of scope with which "the new order" on our earth in those far times was equipped. Neither through 58, nor in 100 years we will not be able to forget it. Because the past war for our people not just history. It is memory of the greatest victims and enduring human pain.

Time obliges us to be more vigilant, to fix and protect the Fatherland, national unity and advantage, continuity of natural connection between generations. To give education new shapes, conformable time, - one of the main tasks in activity of teachers, museum workers, government officials, heads of the youth organizations. Domination of moral and national values has to reign in everything. Not casually even representatives of ardent opposition did curtseys to the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko when at March ideological meeting he spoke about independence of the Belarusian state.

To fix our independence nobility and greatness of the sons, to rescue the future from anomaly of life good and work. Other is simply not given. If we lose the most expensive, moral capital of spirituality - not to live to us peacefully in the house. Weak in spirit it is easy to force to the knees, to buy on temptations of market economy, to split on separate social atoms where all conduct ruthless fight with similar for a survival. But it is important to understand what this separately built paradise for everyone can not be because again applicants for "a new order" on the understanding and a sample appear.

The world is the granted reality more than once and forever. It is necessary to fight for it. Let's keep silent, we will think, we will remember. Let's find and will increase belief in good.
