9) The Hudlinsky Village Council with an administrative center in the village of Hudlin as a part of villages: Hudlin, Lidiopol, Podlesye, Borodichi and former manor Vretopol.
10) The Oniskovichsky Village Council with an administrative center in the village Oniskovichi in structure of villages: Oniskovich, Benefit, Staroduby, Sovpli, Melnikovo, Crossing, Dvorishche, Bugs, Chelishchevichi, Cudgels, Vatsevichi, Zabolotye, Zaleski, Velichkovichi, Dubye, Kind.
11) The Kamen-Shlyakhetsky Village Council with an administrative center in the village Kamen-Shlyakhetsk as a part of villages: Kamen-Shlyakhetsk, Kustovichi, Leshchana, Vorotynichi, Netreba.

15) The Ilosky Village Council with an administrative center in the village of Ilosk as a part of villages: Ilosk, Vinnytsia, Luka, Novoselki, Smolyarnya, Smedyn, Kolinovshchina, Shemetovka and farm of Maryanovo.
16) The Bereznyansky Village Council with an administrative center in the village of Berezno as a part of villages: Berezno, Mazura, Komork, Ordynka and former manor Andybor.
Considering that the village Kustovichi of the Kamen-Shlyakhetsky Village Council of Antopolsky district is located from the regional center of Kobrin district at the same distance, as well as from the regional center of Antopolsky district to consider impossible to satisfy the petition of citizens of the village Kustovichi, having left the village Kustovichi as a part of the Kamen-Shlyakhetsky Village Council of Antopolsky district.

To ask the Central Committee of KP(b)B and Presidium of the Supreme Council of BSSR to approve the present resolution.

Decided: I. To approve the resolution of Divinsky RK KP (b) B and district executive committee of June 17, 1940 about formation of the following Village Councils:
1) The Divinsky Village Council with an administrative center in the settlement of Divin in structure: the settlement of Divin, the farm of Osado-Voyskaya, the village of Lesok and farms adjoining to them.
2) The Verkholessky Village Council with an administrative center in the village of Verkholesye in structure: villages of Verkholesye, villages: Mozhokhiny-Zarvantsa, Novosadki, Mozhokhina, Korchitsa Bolshiye, Korchitsa Malye, Lyakhchitsa, Hodinichi, Olkhovk, farm the Entertainment and all other, adjacent to the listed villages of the farm.
3) The Novoselkovsky Village Council with an administrative center in the village of Novoselka in structure: villages of Novoselka; villages of Belsk, Robin; farms: Pavlopol, the New Yard, the Old Yard and all other, adjoining to them the farm.

6) The Habovichsky Village Council with an administrative center in the village Habovichi in structure: villages Habovichi; villages: Rukhovich, Nikolayevo and the farms adjoining to them.

10) The Povityevsky Village Council with an administrative center in the village of Povitye in structure: village of Povitye and settlements: Herbs, Pogrebishche, Izvinya, with all farms adjoining to them.

Considering that the villages of Gaykovka and Gadflies of the Verkholessky Village Council of Divinsky district are located from an administrative center of Kobrin district at distance of 12 km, to satisfy the petition of citizens of the villages of Gaykovka and Gadflies about accession them to the Hidrinsky Village Council of Kobrin district, having expelled the village of Gaykovka and Gadflies from structure of Divinsky district which center is at distance of 33 km from these villages.
To consider unreasonable the petition of citizens of the village of Verkholesye of the Verkholessky Village Council for accession of the village of Verkholesye to Kobrin district, citizens of the village of Chernyana of the Chernyansky Village Council about accession of the village of Chernyana to Maloritsky district and citizens of the village of Povitye of the Povityevsky Village Council, the villages of Radostovo and Svarin of the Radostovsky Village Council of Divinsky district about accession of the village of Povitye and the villages of Radostovo and Svarin to Ukrainian by the Soviet Socialist Republic. To leave the above-stated settlements in borders of Divinsky district.

To ask the Central Committee of KP(b)B and Presidium of the Supreme Council of BSSR to approve the present resolution.

1) Kobrin city council with an administrative center in mountains. Kobrin in structure: mountains. Kobrin.
2) The Tevelsky Village Council with an administrative center in the village of Tevli as a part of villages: Tevli, Zalesye, Novoselki, Nine, Zavershye, Old Kivatichi, New Kivatichi, Kalenitsa, Markets; farm: Planked footway; former manors: Tulich, Kivatichi, Kalknitsa and settlement of Kivatichi.
3) The Kazishchinsky Village Council with an administrative center in the village of Kazishche as a part of villages: Kazishche, Kalinka, Stasyuki, Germana, Zauzhovye; farms: Nice, Bereza-Kostinsky, Podrazovo, Yuzefin; former folvarok: Ostrolovka and Sosnovka.

14) The Peskovsky Village Council with an administrative center in the village Sand as a part of villages: Sand, Brace bits, Zabuzhki, Mazura, Ostrovlyana, Patriki; farms: Payenshchina, Sukhovchitsa, Ushkovichi, Podostrovtsa, former manors: Sukhovchitsa, Brace bit, Patriki 1, 2, 3 and 4, road box of the Brace bit.
